Hannah McCaughan brings over 12 years of experience in mortgage broking to her role as Credit Analyst at Seed Finance. She loves getting to know her clients, building genuine relationships, and finding lending solutions that truly fit their needs. Before joining Seed Finance, Hannah worked at Aussie Home Loans, where she gained valuable experience managing the client journey from start to finish. When she’s not at work, you’ll find Hannah playing soccer, spending time with her partner and two kids, or out and about with the family dog, Jazz.

Jesse Behsman brings eight years of experience in mortgage broking to his role as Credit Analyst at Seed Finance. With a strong focus on client-centricity, analytical thinking, and relationship-building, he plays a key role in providing seamless support to both clients and the broader team. Known for his keen attention to detail, Jesse is passionate about financial literacy and takes pride in helping clients achieve their goals and build long-term success.
